About Willie

Willie Swisher is a native Houstonian who has spent more than three decades building things — first in leadership roles within a Fortune 500 company, then as the owner of two businesses of his own. That path gave him a practical education in negotiation, marketing, and finance long before he became a real estate agent, and it's the foundation every client benefits from today.

Now with Central Metro Realty, Willie has been part of more than $100 million in real estate transactions across the Houston area. His approach stays consistent regardless of the deal size: understand what the client actually needs, give a straight read on the market, and stay closely involved from first conversation to closing table.

Willie's clients range from first-time buyers navigating their first purchase to landowners and investors evaluating acreage, ranch property, and long-term holdings. He brings the same level of financial scrutiny to a ranch deal that he once brought to running his own companies — because for most people, this is the largest financial decision they'll make.

Willie also represents clients on the commercial side — sales and leasing for office, retail, and industrial property. Having led sales strategy and business development at the executive level before becoming an agent, he brings a landlord's or investor's eye to every deal, not just a transactional one.

Outside of real estate, Willie's roots run deep in Texas, and that shows up in how he works: a handshake still means something, and a client's trust is treated as something to be earned again on every transaction.

Willie also owns Ironwood Legacy Life Health, an independent life insurance and Medicare advisory firm based in Houston.
